What's depressing about it is we all saw this coming! It's upsetting when someone has a problem that's hurting them and no one can get through. I don't doubt his friends and compatriots in real life probably made similar overtures. My hope and prayer is that his ordeal in this will knock him sober because it's literally killing him.

I did my best to get a couple of hits for Mock tonight at softball. I kept repeating some of the key phrases to people in the dugout, and replayed some of the times we've had on the board in my head. Got several throw outs and tagouts at home plate for him, along with a few hits. God, I hope he's okay. I don't pray much, but I have to for Mock. Hang in there man.

I found him humorous or else I wouldnt have posted as much in the where is mock thread. for the past 2 weeks I did realy start to wonder mock could never go this long without a OM hit. Get well bro you aint done yet, but once ya do look at where ya been and who brought you back.

I'm sure it will be a huge wakeup call, which is what many people need to end a self destructive behavior. Friends and family can intervene all day and night, but people can't change unless they want to change.

I don't know anything about his true medical condition but my hope is that he finds his way back, finds his way forward or finds his way home in peace with the love of those around him.
