I don't watch "Grey's Anatomy" like every girl that I know. I've seen the show once and was thoroughly bored. I have, however, followed this story. Isaiah Washington, who played a doc on the show, go into a fight with a costar and apparently called another cast member a f@g. The co-star was in fact gay. Washington went on to take part in an anti-gay slur commercial, public apologies, etc. Anyway, he got fired at the end of last season. His first several interviews concerning his firing were quite respectable. He acted professional and mature. Now he is playing the race card. The way he is doing it could be really hurting his career. "Well, it didn't help me on the set that I was a black man who wasn't a mush-mouth Negro walking around with his head in his hands all the time. I didn't speak like I'd just left the plantation and that can be a problem for people sometime," he said.
