I'll tell you what. I think it's great the way Garcia has handled this. I don't know enough about what really happened to be willing to express an opinion, one way or another. But I'm glad Garcia has indicated he isn't going anywhere. Now everyone else that has said they're leaving needs to come back, and we can all start counting down to September 9th.

I think its crap that Garcia has lost his powers. What its ok to be a mod till you use your powers? My guess is it has to do with what taco thinks is a grudge match, which I think is ****.

People can lie you know. I just know from what took place with me and slap in the past and how really only one mod had any balls to say or do anything about it. I also know something that he told me that maybe others don't know so that also helps me to believe my thoughts.

I don't doubt that Garcia probably has some negative feelings about the whole thing. I also don't doubt that TJ feels justified in the decision. And lastly, I know that I don't know much about what happened that ultimately led us here.

But Garcia has apparently chosen to take the high road regarding the situation, at least publicly. I respect that, and think we would all be wise to do the same thing.

We're talking about moderator of a football messageboard here; not leader of the free world. In the big scheme of things, this is really pretty insignificant, and probably not worthy of a lot of energy.

TJ didn't lie, but he mis-represented the facts and he knows it. TJ did not discuss it with me at all before he did what he did, meaning he had already made the decision to do what he did. It's okay though. We should all just move on about it. The salary for the position didn't really add up to a bunch....aka...zero.

If Garcia, hotrod, or whomever is leading some mass exodus of the mane who cares? Just because you are member here means you have no allegiance to stay here, and if people want to discuss going to a different forum so beat it. For one, I doubt TJ is going on a "witch hunt" to eliminate these potential "Moses" as he knows he will look like a complete ass and make an ugly situation even worse.

May I make a suggestion?? Make a private forum for all of those that are actually INVOLVED in this to hash it out? Maybe it would allow the rest of the board to move on! It's kind of getting a little tiresome to see thread after thread after thread after thread (Do I have enough yet??) of this!

I realize we don't have to click on the thread title...but, just seeing the titles and knowing it's all about MORE drama....aye!

Well at least its a break from Bush this, Bush that, Politics this, Politics that, 9/11 was really mini nukes, 9/11 was done by remote controlled plains, why did mods move my political thread, Obama raised this much, Hillary is ahead this much, I hate liberals, I hate conservatives ever more.

I just can't wait for the season to start then all attention will be turned to that and the bashing will be done after games.
