Actually this forum is loosley moderated and it's just about perfect. I mean if you want the Mods to loosen up more go to any raider forum. Those places are just ridiculous and they are nothing but name calling and 12 letter words.

It's a great idea that works well. I belong to Mecks other board and believe me, with a forum for ALL teams, a smak forum was necessary. Some of the fighting that goes on there can get down and dirty and downright nasty. Of course, theres banter back and forth on the regular boards and the mods don't get power trippy and move it, unless it gets out of hand. Then it gets moved. It works well to keep the crap off of the main boards and in it's place.

This isn't about ownership of the mane, etc - this is about a group of people co-habiting a site.

In regards to Garcia - he and i have had differences and sometimes i think certain threads get to hang on the main board that are beyond stupid and myopic - but my ire just gets redirected that people don't care about important (or what "I" deem important) issues.

But personally - i've had no real issues with garcia - he trolls no less than i do at times.

TJ created him as a mod and that's good enough. It's his board and his decision who to make a mod. If you don't like it, then leave. Simple as that. Besides your post count I sincerely doubt those that are complaining have donated anything to this site.

I hate to see that Garcia (my hispanic friend) was removed from being a Moderator. I don't post all that often, I get my news here for my team and love the banter. However, if by doing your job you loose it then it's not worth the job. I may or may not continue to visit due to this issue. Good luck Garcia, see you soon.

I appreciate everyone's kind words. It is true that this is TJ's site, and he has decided to remove me as moderator. I am okay with that, and hopefully everyone else will be as well. I have never...ever...ever, ever, ever done anything wrong as a moderator or as a poster, and just about everybody knows it. Really...I am all about enjoying the Broncos and as I put it to someone else the other day...I have even changed my life around to get a better view by moving to Denver. No hard feelings or grudges to be had. It's just a message board.

I'll be in and out from now on...and really...every problem is an opportunity in disguise.

I forwarded a message on to five people that was addressed specifically to me regarding a "disturbing email" about some entity starting a mass move of posters to another site. It didn't actually have anything to do with SLAP being banned from a moderator discussion perspective. More from a fallout of banning SLAP than anything.
