US finally supporting Lebenon

Foxnews.com is reporting that the first bit of US military aid has arrived in tripoli Lebenon for the Lebonese army. I am so pleased with this action I cannot even relay in words. The US should have helped last year when hundreds of Lebonese cicilians were killed or injured by Israeli attacks aimed at Hamas and Hezbola. Lebonon has been the unfortunate victim too many times in the past while nations like Syria and Israel use Soveriegn Lebonese territory as they wished. This nation deserves a chance to thrive on it's own and it's about time somebody helped them out.

For just this once I will side with Iran's idea to prtect Lebenon. Iran warned Israel of retribution if Lebenon was attacked. I don't think annialation is the answer but having the US give tangible aid and Iran morale support shows that emenies can despite differences, help a common interest. Good luck and god be with the Lebonese people during this troubled time.
