I don't know if this had been posted, but I don't remember it. it's old news I guess but pretty strange even for Vick. It's a little confusing to read, but obviously, Vick wound up returning a Rolex. 2005. Long article so just the link.

Thta's a pretty strange damn story. That Spencer is a thief trying to extort $20,000 from the Falcons. I bought 3 Rolex's in Iraq for under $70.... hmmmm something tells me they aren't real but if anyone wants to by one for $5,000 I'll listen to their offer.

I'm sure Khan is a better expert than me, but fake Rolex's were common in Vegas...the general rule was to look at the second hand if it swept, it may be real, if it ticks it's a true knockoff.

Only problem is now the fakes are getting so good they are sweeping themselves. When I lived in Germany as a kid we would always go to flee markets and I would come back with some gaudy blinged out folex and take it back to school. Man I would kick my dork ass if I could go back in time!
