Its good to hear. I need to lose a few for sure. Getting back out in the water this summer helps, but i have to eat better.

Monster Sour Cream Enchiladas

3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 cup green chile peppers, diced
12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
1 (3 pound) roasted chicken, shredded
8 ounces shredded Colby longhorn cheese
8 ounces shredded Muenster cheese
2 bunches green onions, chopped



soooo good, although I took out the onions because I dont like onions.
This meal comes highly reccomended. !!!!!

Apple and BBQ Sauce Baby Back Ribs
4 cups barbeque sauce

For break fast I had corn chips and cheese dip and also ate a blueberry fruit bar. For lunch I have 3 pieces of left over Kentucky Fried Chicken

My neighbors hens just started laying eggs. I forgot how much different farm fresh really is. We'll be cutting hay soon and stuffing the freezer with some beef for tailgate season soon! Yee haw!
