  • Was very surprised that the Broncos drafted him since they took Jarvis Moss in round 1.
  • Feels he needs to do better work with his hands and to work on his pass rush moves.
  • Spoke highly (suprise!) of Vince Young and knew where Dave Studdard's kid was drafted even though Irv & Joe didn't.
  • Naturally, was asked a lot about college football because that's really all Irv & Joe know.

Pretty lame interview, but that's Irv & Joe for you.

Thanks, CO, I just caught the last inane questions about UT.

What did he say about becoming a Bronco?

The standard draft pick answer, that he loves Denver and he's excited about becoming a Bronco.

I always like it when guys know their flaws and say they need to improve in certain areas instead of giving the cocky answer of "I'm the best DE in the draft and should've been picked number 1"

Actually, just after the media events of yesterday, the rookies had a brief meeting with the position coach (Bill Johnson) and I would imagine they got a quick overview of what they need to work on when they get back to Denver in late May or early June, depending on when they graduate or leave school.....

I think that would have been Crowder and Moss since I don't think Thomas was able top get there that quickly. I am hoping they will have him in Denver soon. My guess is that he will soign pretty quicky. I think he needs the dollars to eat on.....

that was a funny interview because Crowder hasn't realized what jokers Irv and Joe are. Like when they asked him if he had dislocated every single one of his fingers last year haha
