Pretty good article. The whole key is to instinctively react as a UNIT. It's practice man...PRACTICE. Heh. I don't think Foster ever really figured it out, or was just lazy. Good riddance. It's the old saying...you can take the horse to water...A real football player's belly has fire. How else can you account for old man Lynch...old man Nalen...or a rediculously undersized Hamilton grading out best on the line? Remember when Atwater wiped out almost the whole secondary late in the SB? I was freaking out! He was hot wired. Elway was hot wired. Sharpe and TD were hot wired. Alot of the players I mentioned are or were not considered elite althetes.
The biggest problem is no how big the heart is, when Denver gets to the goal, they simply can't muscle their way into the end zone. Shanahan needs to accept that and run pitches in that scenario.
