Found my example

First off, I finally found a better way to make that steel texture in photoshop............screw trying make a realistic metal texture with filters, I just found a website with free textures and they were all huge, something like 3000x3000. So I just copied the texture image, sized it down some and pasted into my border shape and then tweaked the hue and saturation some and walaa......great looking real metal.



And...........I found an image that shows the flaming light bursting up through. Like the light is behind the image coming through the cut out area. Now, I just need some help in figuring out a way to do it. Any ideas? For those who don't know, what I was trying to do it get this kind of light glow in my text in the image above, rather then using a bevel with flames.
