From Peter King's "Monday Morning QB' posted today (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200.../thomas/3.html pg 4 of 6 in the article)
"h. Kyle Brady is an un-sexy pick to take the blocking-tight-end role that Daniel Graham filled so well for the Patriots. But it's classic New England, refusing to pay $5.5 million a year (which Graham got in Denver) for a guy who, in their system, is going to catch 22 balls and be behind Benjamin Watson and David Thomas on Tom Brady's mental checklist at tight end. So you pay $2.5 a year and hope Kyle Brady, a 278-pounder, gives you two solid years as a sixth offensive lineman."
King usually has his facts straight, but I havent heard official confirmation that Graham signed for $5.5mil per?
As good as he may be, it still sounds like a lot of coin for a blocking TE and who isnt viewed as the primary TE receiving threat.
Anyone know if this (Graham signing) really happened or not?
