Their grades look pretty spot-on to me.
http://www.suntimes.com/sports/footb...5.superarticle The scariest part of the whole game was when I started screaming for them to put BG in. Before the last two picks. aaaarrrrrrggggghhhh. |

They gave the Bears special teams a "B"?
Dang, I wonder what they'd think of ours? |

They Deff got the QB raiting right though. If da Bears don't go shopping in the off season someone at HQ should be shot.

Grossman has less then 24 games experience as a starting QB in the NFL. Dont be so quick to get rid of him.

Seems generous to give Lovie a D for coaching on the basis of the fast start. I mean I doubt he had much to do with game planning the runback.

I don't bet. But my hangover is pretty bad. I couldn't figure out which team I dislike more. Prolly the bears. Harrison's a good guy, Sanders is a good player as is Freeney. No criminals that I know of.
It wasn't as bad as Serenia destorying Sharapova in Australia, but on a scale of sporting events I've enjoyed, I'd put it just on top of Jerry "the bleeder" Quarry beating Ron Lyle. Not as bad as the first 4 superbowls, but definitely not good. |

Lovie and Ron Rivera are getting criticized for essentially becoming a bend-but-don't-break unit last night, but it was understandable. They realized they had to play it safe because as soon as they fell behind ten points the game was going to be over.

The Bears only played Manning once a few years ago and the media never really caught on to what an easy schedule they had. They shouldn't compare defensive perforrmances when you play the Packers, Lions, and Vikings twice and then have to go against Indy. They also probably don't realize that blitzing Manning doesn't necessarily work either.

I heard manning has a godly QB rating when hit or chased. Under pressure, the best QB by far. Add to the fact that he is a stud without pressure and you got a SB MVP.

Those grades were too harsh. I can understand why they're upset, but it's not like they were playing a crappy team.
