wth happened
Default Quick Count...

Props to the Colts, Dungy, Manning ( mvp) ? I respect Peyton because I feel he's a good football player and Dungy because I think he's a good coach. I really find it hard to pull for their team or any other team that consistently pulls the quick count against the other team. It enables them to get a cheap first down, imo, just because they hurry up the snap count with no intentions of even running a play most the time.I know its within the rules, but to me its a crappy way of playing NFL football. I know the Patriots use it sometimes too, I think initially to counter the Colts. I was trying to think of any other teams that do this ?

Other teams have a problem with the Broncos chop-blocking and that's within the rules. I don't see anything wrong with it as long as it's within the rules. What I did have a problem with was the Colts tring to substitute players on offense and hurry up to the line so the defense wouldn't have time to counter their substitutions. The NFL has cracked down on the Colts for substituting w/o giving the other team the chance.

The Pats also used no huddle against us this year.

The Colts get up to the line very quickly, but that doesn't mean they snap the ball quickly. Manning calls the plays once he sees the defensive scheme. Most of the time, the play clock runs down to 3 or 2 before the ball is snapped...

Cut blocking...chop blocks are illegal. Every team in the league cut blocks. The Donks have just had the most success...leading people to whine about it.

That's what I meant. Sorry, I had a brain fart.
