That has to be the most subdued Super Bowl winning team I have ever seen in my life. Maybe the rain had them all depressed. May have been one of the biggest turds of a Super Bowl I have ever seen either.

Thanks man.... It has been 20 years since the Hoosiers won the National Championship so this is my first time to enjoy a championship in a long time. I guess you could say I was due. Thank gawd the Colts moved to town in 84 cause if it were left up to the Chiefs I think I would have been dead first. |

I agree and it felt like a week 3 game. I can't wait for the Broncos to get back to the Super Bowl to intesify the game for me.

8 turnovers...of course the experts claimed the weather wouldn't be a factor.
SC says 6 but are wrong. http://www.superbowl.com/gamecenter/...070204_IND@CHI It certainly was a poorly played game. |

Yeah...wasn't "exciting" at all.
I have to give "kudos" to Peyton actually...it was about the "team" this time at least and he was pretty mellow. |

What can I say. I enjoyed the first quarter. Turnovers after turnovers are amusing to watch.

My impressions exactly...they seemed to have excpetect to win. Not very emotional and not even one mention from Dungy about his son? Thought it was kinda anticlimatic

I know. It seemed Peyton had no passion at all after the win. I remember how excited i was when Elway won it b/c Elway himself was soo excited. Peyton just smirked and gave cliche responses, too much like a robot. Anyway, we have to play the AFC South next season, and damn will those be some tough games.

...and on top of that, how the hell is Manning the MVP? I was behind what Simms and Nantz were saying about Addai and Rhodes being Co-MVPs. They were definitely more deserving than Manning.

I thought it was a terribly boring game. And Rhodes and Addai were the mvp's in my y book. Mellonhead was seen pi$$ing and moaning about calls and non-calls, and was just generally being himself: boring.
One more to go and the season is over and the FA period gets closer....... Soon the combine..... |

It was bizarre. On the awards stand, I almost got the impression Manning was telling himself, "Okay, this is the part where I'm supposed to hold up the trophy and look really happy. I wrote this down. Think. Think. Hold up trophy with one hand. Smile really big. Okay, I did it."
