Default So, This Is Very Old News But... The History Of The Broncos DVD Is Pretty Awesome

Last week I was able to pick it up finally while I was in Denver, and I watched it last night. Man, it was pretty bad ass. I would have liked maybe a tad more on the old days, definitely would have liked more on Floyd Little, but overall, it was pretty damn cool.

If you still haven't picked this up, or ordered it, or whatever, I highly suggest you do so.

This is a bit off topic but I still can't believe the NFL and NFL Films hasn't gotten together to crack open those vaults so fans can get in demand games, plays, seasons...everything.

The amount of revenue streams that could come to them in so many different ways is alarming...

Really sucks.

I absolutely agree with you. You'd think they'd sell all of them, or charge for downloads, or something. A lot of people would shell out for games, seasons, etc.

I am pretty sure I just made $50 merely thinking about all the different ways the NFL could make money with a service like that.

Even if you didn't want to mess with packaging, shipping, DVDs, etc. Even if you purely just did downloads, so you just need a server or something, you'd make money hand over fist. The NFL should do that, or do something with iTunes, or something.

I bought the History of the Broncos but I only watched the 86 Championship Game so far. Since I was born in Apr '86, I wasn't able to catch the game. One of these days I'll put the other one in, just haven't yet.

I'd pay $20 to $30 bucks for high quality DVD's of full Broncos games (sans commercials, obviously) from original broadcasts. Games like the '85 Louis Wright vs. Chargers, any Elway comeback, anything from the 1977, 1997 or 1998 seasons, etc.

I know these are out there on VHS and sometimes DVD, but I'd pay for high quality transfers that only NFL Films can make.
