The citizens of the state of California specifically voted to legalize this practice, and the federal government happily ignores it. Gotta love 'democracy' in action.. I'm very happy that our national government knows whats best for the citizens of California.

Hey I've got an idea lets let the facts present themeslves before we make a judgment here. No judge will ever ever ever give a warrant or approve a raid by any law enforcement agancy without good hard evidence that would stand up to scrutiny. Well unless Mike Nifong needed to be re-elected. At any rate the raids have to have merrit period. So please hold off accusing Law enforcment of being the SS a little while longer. It is not impossible for drug cartells to have set up deispensories as outlets for thier wares guys
