As I understand, gas is produced as a bi-product from complex proteins so any kind of meat should do the trick. Two incomplete proteins can help as well. And this isn't very scientific, but cabbage is a slam-dunk for loading the tank in my personal experience.

No one "told the mods" on him for the outrageously huge signature. When he placed that sig, he had to have seen the size limitations, so it's highly unlikely that he was unaware that it was way too big. If he has a problem with the signature being "pulled", he needs to discuss it with the mods (in this case, me) via PM and stop attacking other posters.
