god damit i missed it. i was lifting until 3 and by the time i got done getting cleaned up it was over

I pretty much lift 24-7. And I am totally into extreme sports. And chicks dig me because I rarely wear underwear, and when I do it's usually something unusual.

What do you bench? I've peaked out at 440.

well i had to take a few moths off after hurting my shoulder playing football over the summer. im at 275 right now and i just started liftin again about a month ago.

Bro, when I go out, I carry at least 2 80lb dumbells with me. That way when I go into a serious roid rage, I can channel that into some serious anger-fueled lifting. That's one of the great things about long-time steroid useage. I'm building mass at all cost, and that roid rage really helps you to kick some barbell butt.
