Default Article rating our rookie class and others

http://www.gbnreport.com/2006midseasondraftgrades.html

Awesome read. I said before the season that I thought this was our best draft in a long time. After seeing this class for one season, I'm positive it's terrific.

Looks like someone stole the article idea that SoCal and I were working on.

Darrent's death put me off of working on it, but I'll have it ready tomorrow. SoCal has been a big help with it and it's our first collaborative effort.

Dumervil putting up 8.5 sacks after missing the first month is a remarkable stat.

Looks like you and SoCal stole the idea from about a bazillion other places since these have been coming out since I can remember.

It seems there is seldom any credit given to teams that draft in the 20's. Should the Texans be expected to have a good draft picking at the start of every round? Sure. It's a lot tougher picking late each round.

There always way too many good grades when people do this stuff, and Indy doesn't deserve to be above Denver if all they have is Addai and a late round pick, with nothing from their other first day picks.

I love how they didn't give us a A, but our segment was nothing but praise.

Didn't Shanahan have Jones-Drew and Norwood highly rated before the draft?

I was told by a few guys that the Broncos liked Jones-Drew's versatility and the kind of play he could bring on Special Teams. Basically, I was laughed at stating that the Broncos wouldn't be interested in a 5'6 - 212 pound kid. Heh, heh, heh.

Same here. I thought he would be a return specialist.

I heard Broncs were looking at Drew, but never heard anything about Norwood.
