Default Y dont the Broncos offer a reward?

You would think Champ, Walker or even Bowlen would offer a Cash reward for any info that leads to the murderer(s). You know damn well they can afford it & i dont think they would mind.

you would think they would be mourning and letting the police do their work as its such a high profile case and they're doin their best for a quick resolution...cash rewards only bring out a bunch of money hungry speculators

They won't have to. Word is out arrests will come fairly soon. The police and DA are going to be certain they can make the case.

That's why it's best to let the police do their job. Lots of people have come forward. The last thing anyone wants is to have the people who committed this chicken**** act walk on some silly technicality.

A reward is the best way to go.

I guarantee you that the person(s) that did this have not only talked about it, but probably bragged about it to someone.

100k will cause someones best friend to rush to call Crimestoppers in a heartbeat.

That's probably the jist of it. When you have large cash rewards out, you have lots of false tips that people call in hoping to get lucky.

I can't remember who said it, but I'll repeat it. Whomever did this has a total disregard for life. They weren't shooting a person because they were angry at that person. They were shooting a limo full of people. They kept shooting over and over. Their intent was to kill as many people as they could. How more weren't killed or injured is a mystery. But you have to figure whomever was pulling the trigger was doing so with the intent to kill as many as possible.

How do you rehabilitate that kind of person? They need to be taken off the streets and locked up forever. It's one thing (still unacceptable) if a person shoots another person in anger. Anger at another person is something most of us can understand - albeit not to that extent. Recklessly trying to kill for the sake of killing is something entirely different.

I live about 6-7 blocks away......I wonder if I would have heard it had I been home. Unreal.

I lived here about 34 days and I can't remember ever seeing a police officer.

A reward is an excellent idea if the police come up empty, until then let's see what they find.

Odds are that by now they know who did it, but need to proceed carefully so that (like Tred said) nothing is botched on a technicality.

This wasn't the JFK assassination...the guilty parties will surely be caught.

rewards are more a strategy you employ when the leads go dry and you are really trying to keep case from going cold. Hopefully this isn't the case and Broncos won't have to do things like that. I could see a reward though if say police come back and say there are no suspects or leads.

They were closer to D-wil than any of us and right now are just trying to grieve and get through this. They have a funeral and memorial service to worry about. Let's put D-wil to rest properly before we start working on that other stuff.

They shouldnt for a few reasons.
One, they have a better chance of catching the guilty parties letting the authorities do their job. Doing anything unorthodox puts to much of a risk out there of the whole thing being dropped on a tecnicality.

Two, if they offer a reward it would take up far to many resources of those investigating it when they have to sort through all the fake tips and what not that come in. They are better off just letting the police do their job.

I know its a tough loss,i know you want justice but just let justice come in the proper fashion and not through strong arm tactics.

Great idea ... but wait until the trail goes cold, as they say. Right now there's lots of leads to follow up on.

Stupid idea...do you want another player gunned down? I'm sure the cops have interviewed them. I don't want to sound like a scared chicken, but the guys Tahoe was being driven when he was in jail for attemped murder and the chief witness was gunned down.

Then his vehicle is involved in the shooting. I better stop there. They don't have a clue who was driving unless someone comes forward. This needs be kept quiet with these felons. They are VERY dangerous.
