You might ask the gas station where you fill up if they have changed brands or grades recently (if you fill up at the same place alot) that is.

Anyway it smells like rotten eggs or burnt hair. I dont mean just a little oder here I mean when I drive her a few miles and get out it will make your eyes tear up.
Sorry Hotrod, hate to tell you, but its your ass. You need to wash it.

Oh, its convenient it blame it on the exhaust; works for a lot of people. Good way to save face when your buddies hop in the truck with you and ask what in damnation is that smell. "Oh, its that darn exhaust system." Uh-huh.

Wash your ass twice in the morning, once in the afternoon, and three times before you go to bed. That should do the trick.

Hotrod I would still add some injector cleaner with your next tank. It will only help. You could just have a dirty fuel injector port.

Did your wife happen to fill up at the Airport. Avgas or 100LL is amazing ass stuff but will burn through your rings like butter! But it will run darn fine will they do that. Yeah that last part is a joke but thought I would add it in!

Have you tasted the gas? Light up a smoke, sit down and drink a little gas, just to see if it tastes funny.

This seems to work....the key is to not turn on the engine then it smells just fine. Hell I'll save a ton in gas doing it this way anyway

The rotten egg smell is pretty much the signature of the Catalytic Converter failing. You might also be running rich.

And we have a winner. 50 bucks and 1 hour later I find out its gas with a much too high sulfer content. Every test they ran came back saying the truck is running at premium performance. 1-3 tanks run thru and it should stop smelling like ****.
