Damn End of an Era is right. Maybe the game has passed him by a little, but no one deserves more respect. Hope they get a good young guy who can do for the program what Buzdelik has done for the basketball program.
AFA is one of the nicest placed to watch a game in the country. Not a big wild place like the SEC, but the setting, the comfort, the polite crowd and of course the flyovers make it a great place to see a game. Anyone that has not been there should make the effort. |

Ride off into that sunset Coach. Fisher is a great man, great coach and the Academy was fortunate to have him stay here so long. Dadgummit, I'm going to miss seeing Fisher on the sidelines.

I'd say the front runner for the job is former broncos assistant Troy Calhoun AFA grad and former coach and player here.

I've have to imagine he'll have the first opportunity to say yes or no.
And then Steed Lobotske would be the next in line IMO. Last edited by Master___Pain; 12-15-2006 at 04:10 PM.. |

Somebody who knows, please roll out the line of the great AFA option QBs, starting with Marty Louthan (or even before). I'm thinking Dee Dowis was my favorite ...
I really miss the option, wishbone, Buff-Bone, I-Bone .... I miss the bones. *SIGH* |

A mainstay there and a total stud. Good for him.
