If we finish in the middle of the pack and Washington is in the top ten can we swap picks or does their pick have a top ten protection?

Too bad Washington didn't have this type of season last year when we had their #1 pick with no conditions. Still good for the Skins to lose as that'll give us a better third round pick from them.
