These two clowns were talking about how a 10-6 team might miss the playoffs when a 9-7 one does.
I just had to laugh...I saw the photograph...(Beatles).
The fact is Cleveland won their division at 8-8 and Denver missed at 11-5 many moons ago and were left out of the playoffs.
Denver remains the only team not to make the playoffs with an 11-5 record in the history of the NFL.

True about Denver missing at 11-5.....I believe it was 1985....the year BEFORE "The Drive" and our first Superbowl appearance under Elway.
However, that was also when only FIVE teams from each conference made the playoffs.....
With 6 now making it each year.....it is very unlikely (although still possible) that an 11-5 team would miss the playoffs.
