I know they make excuses about population control...
Beezer couldn't stand to see Kitty simply treed like a sitting duck by dogs. How can anyone call that actual hunting? It's kitty murder IMO. Then the idiot guide says the habitat can only sustain so many Cats...OK...meanwhile, Deer here in NW Iowa are getting hit every day because predators are scarce. Earth to Mr. Hunting Guide: The reason for habitat debilitation isn't because of Cats, it's because of overgrazing of Elk, Deer and Antelope. I don't mind capping a big kitty if he gets out of control and harasses our intruding infrastructure. It might or probably was his turf once. They did use a compound bow, but I couldn't handle watching the kill shot. It was such a sitting duck. The cat is like "get out of my face..I'm not bothering anyone" and they toss an arrow thru him. How sporting. |

I have a good buddy that spots and stalks them and does well at it. He says you can't believe how many there are once you actually start looking for them.
