Default Incredible positives from the game...

1. ELVIS FREAKING DUMERVIL! he was double teamed for the majority of the game after getting his first sack and he was still getting there. It was nice to see and this kid is going to be good

2. JAVON FREAKING WALKER It seems like we say this after every game, this guy brings it for all 60 minutes and is a flat out game breaker. Simms made a comment that walker was the biggest diference between our team last year and this year and i agree.

3. Jake plummer More and more like the jake we saw last year, managing the game a bit taking whats there and if there isnt anything, running. Besides a couple throws(sideline almost int to rod and the int that was dropped. Jake played awesome today.

4.Pressure and turnovers. Two things we didnt get againt peyton last week we got this week and it showed. Champ especially. TJ had a cool quote on SC this morning, "you know when qbs go at champ bailey you just have to wonder why"

awesome game

I don't think Jake was a "game manager" in yesterday's game. He was a play maker. You don't make that many plays throwing the ball down the feild and be called a "game manager". He had some really pretty deep balls to Javon.

If just throwing it up to Javon Walker makes Plummer a playmaker....then he's a BIG TIME playmaker in my book...

Javon is the real deal, no question who the #1 reciever on this team is. Although, that was a sweet catch by Rod for the touchdown.

We still can't run against Pittsburgh, luckily the won't be around come playoff time.

Pass rush was pathetic for 3 quarters, overall I give them a "c".

I liked the play calling bettter today, Shanny didn't panic and abandon the run, still a nice mix of ineffective running and passing.

This secondary is going to continue to get lit up if we don't have any pass rush. I thought Coyer made some adjustments late in the game to get some pressure, but the front four still looks like they can't consistently get to the QB.

It was encouraging that Coyer changeds some things at critical times.

I saw some overload blitzs. I saw an allout blitz. I saw Darrent up at the line and impede the receiver after the hike of the ball.

I saw Elvis getting doubled and I saw Warren with push up the middle.

Key to the game... Kept Pitts Defense honest, they couldn't sell out and just go after Jake.

Rolling pocket and boots killed them. Good calls.

Defense got the turnovers when they NEEDED them. Hope the cost wasn't too high (five in the secondary dinged , one for the season).

Great win, but OUCH!

They did once and it went for 70 plus yards. I can't remember the last time I saw a reverse go the distance. The CB played it perfect but walker cut back and LB's either were still tackling bell or overpursued so far they weren't there and TOUCHDOWN. Great call.

Even the cameraman thought Mike Bell still had the ball.

Is the game going to air tonight on NFL Network's Replay? I saw there were two games to be aired at 10:30pm EST and the Broncos-Steelers match-up was one of them.

Any help is appreciated.

As the play unfolded, one commentator (Sims?) said 'that play didn't fool Pittsburgh.' We all howled as the camera and LB focused on Bell and Javon ran to the end zone.
