How cool is this guy? His humility and team leadership continues to impress me. He's really becoming a leader on this team.
Gary Miller was interviewing Walker after the game and asked him which Touchdown play was his favorite. Javon says "You know my favorite play was the catch by Marshall. Anytime you have a young guy on your team step up like that it helps the rest of us out because then they have to say 'you know it's just one guy that can do this, it's all these guys' so that's my favorite." |

To bad it was nullified by a phantom holding penalty.

Like I said, he sounding like Rod more and more each week.
Rod may not be producing as much, but his leadership is rubbing off on Javon...which I like more. Last edited by Killericon; 11-05-2006 at 10:42 PM.. |

Javon is a beast. Flat out playmaker.
As I, and many others, said earlier this week, he's worth every cent of the extension that's coming his way. |

Freakin awesome. Marshall was double covered by the safety was behind and the corner wasnt tall enough to out jump Marshall in front of him. Unreal that got called back but man, that was a great grab by the rook.
Im starting to believe. |

Oh the swing from villifying Walker earlier this week for his comments swings 180 degrees. I think the guy is a flat out playmaker. He knows he's too valuable to be let go by Denver. We'd be the laughing stock of the league if we let him slip away. He was a stud tonite and will continue to be as long as we have someone to get him the ball. Jake played very well.

The Marshall catch was nice, too bad about the "phantom" penalty, as another poster so nicely stated above. Rod and Javon and Brandon, this WR corps is looking good.

I heeard that too, Kaylore. Also noticed early in the game, on an incompletion, Javon must have not made the correct adjustment in his route, and he came back to the huddle pointing at himself.

The guy is healthy, he knows what he can bring to the team., when he is being ignored of course he's going to get frustrated. If ever there was a non-issue I think it was his comments earlier in the week. Like he said ealier in the yar... "Throw it my way, if I don't get it, no one will." I see him having a great deal of confidence in himself as opposed to other Wr's who are just plain arrogant, and selfish. |

Javon's got good work ethic, is exciting to watch, and trys to be a team player.
We'll see if he really is one through the next few years though, when he's asking for more pay and when the offense goes through another drought. |

Shanny needs to get Marshall in the game a bit more, spread the ball. He's doing good with what he's given, Javon could spare a few TD's

No, WALKER could extend Rod's career by taking pressure off of him.
Beyond that, Smith and Plummer have had extremely good chemistry... and Cutler will be learning the offense on the job, to an extent. So, what to expect as far as his chemistry with Rod is anyone's guess. Don't get me wrong, I think Cutler will end up a monster for us. But, it MAY not be right out of the gate, as shocking as that is to some people. |
