Surprised there isn't a thread on this game yet. I think the winner of this game plays Ohio State for the national title. I would like to see Louisville win it because of what they have endured with Brohm and Bush injuries.

It should be a great one. Brohm is the best NFL QB prospect in the country at this point. Bush is Bettis with speed and I would love to see him in orange next year - wish he was healthy for everyone to see.
For WV - Slayton - wow. Team speed - wow. Two excellent coaches. LVL 38, WV - 35 because of home field advantage |

Would Bush be healed in time for a January bowl?

Unlikely ... a broken leg usually takes 6 months and I donīt think heīd risk that, especially if he plans to apply for a medical redshirt. Anyone know if Bush indeed does want a med redshirt or is he gonna go ahead and enter the draft?

I know you wonīt agree, but I donīt really think Texas deserves a shot at the national title this season, but I guess that depends a bit on the outcome of the Meeeeeeechegan/OSU game ... OSU went into Austin and had the game won shortly after half time. If OSU loses and finishes with one loss, how could you possibly vote in Texas over OSU after OSU dominated UT in Austin? And if Michigan loses a close one, how could you vote in Texas over a Michigan team that almost beat OSU in Columbus? That point is moot if OSU blows out Michigan, of course, or if one of the 2 finishes with more than one loss.

I can't wait. Hands down this is the most anticipated football game, college or pro, to this point of year.

Broncs have to draft that safety from WVA. Can't let anyone else have a guy named John Holmes.

This is why I have been high on Brohm since 04.
I wish he would get back the type of mobility he had as a true freshman in 2004, but he is a stud nonetheless. Easily the best QB in the country.

I feel like I'm watching a WAC game. Neither of these teams play any defense.

If Texas wins out they just backdoored into the title game. No way Louisville jumps that far this late.

I think Louisville would get the nod over Texas. I think they still need to lose one for Texas to jump them. As far as rematches go I feel like Texas is a differnt team than it was in the second game of the year. Colt McCoy has progressed so much since that game. However, we still can't stop the pass. I'm also not so sure we would get the nod ahead of Florida. Either way its going to be a great debate.
