Default 3 day postgame depression...Real Keys to the game

Sundy has done a fine job as a GM and if players work, they are rewarded. It's as simple as that. We have done a fine job of keeping practice squad players, and stealing others, and grabbing that bum Droughns out of the gutter. I was pretty damn impressed with him in the Brownie game.

It constantly amuses me however, how Shanny seems intent on always bringing in one head case. From IHOP to the attempt at T.O., it's always that one guy. Sometimes a supposed lazy ass just needed a change of scenery. See Javon and Warren, altho he's hurt. Those worked out. I doubt Warren is going be worth a tea cup the rest of the year with two bad big toes. He obviously was favoring the good toe and tore that one up as well. Only rest and possibly surgury is going to restore the big guy.

Like so many classic games, it came down to one or two critical plays.

I bet you could could count on ten fingers how many teams have won overcoming 34 points, yet alone a team that was averaging 13.6...

The LB's were uncharacteristically poor tacklers, our pass rush literally killed DWill. I'm tired of people ragging on him. Whoever said that he would just do a Deltha shrug is a dimwit. I didn't see it, but he didn't hang his head either.

YOU CAN'T LET MANNING TAKE A COFFEE BREAK AND SNACK ON A GLAZED DONUT (MMMMM...Glazed donuts...heh...dirty thoughts...)...

Your not going to find many corners, especially undersized second year players, that are going to be able to hold up to double moves while Manning simply sits in his Lazy Boy having tea and crumpets, some strawberry cream, watches the Kentucky Derby while he waits for him to make the double move.

I'm going to the draft and I'm dragging Meck's bus with me if I have to drag it like a god damn horse and if we don't draft a good pass rusher, or don't move up to get one that can get to Manning...I'm going to go post....

Maybe that's a bad idea. If we pick some Division 2 LB round one I'm likely to climb thru the crowd and take the podium by force.

We need a REAL, HONEST TO GOD, GOD DAMN PASS RUSHER. I'm so damn tired of screaming for it.

I guess the war room is in Denver and it wouldn't too much good to show actuall pass rushing skills as I attack Goodell at the podium as he announces our pick and I make it for Shanny.

As I contemplate this...we need to storm Dove Valley and throw, nail, glue and pee in the grass....

WE NEED A DAMN PASS RUSH.

I think we need to draft 3 potential pass rushers, another back, and a FA pass rusher. One can be a DT since Warren is hurt.

I'm so sick and tired of letting Manning smile into the JumboTron I'm going to go insane.

Here's a genius idea...why don't we give Manning less than 7 seconds next year so our third year corner doesn't have to bite on a second move that shouldn't ever even happen.

Mediator isn't as bright as he thinks...I didn't see Lynch there at all. He's nothing but an undersized LB at this point. I love the guy, but cmon.

Rod needs to adjust his salary consumant with his production. It's business, like that commercial with Vinnie and the shovel. Give him a gold watch. I don't want to convert salary into SB this time. He has to take a pay cut. He dropped off.

Cutting Jake and adjusting Rod along with the cap increase should give us some ability to dance around. I'm sure Champ would restructure but that would be premature IMO.

I said that it would take 27-31 to win the game. We did that and lost. I was astounded. WE DIDN'T FORCE ANYTHING ON MANNING IS WHY.

Addai? Most people here don't even know who he is. He's a nobody and we get lit up like a pumpkin.

I'm still pissed because we should of won scoring 31.

I'm so pissed my hands are shaking but I have vented.

It's over and done like a bad marriage, water under the bridge, and Apollo 13.

Give me one more day of being pissed off and I swear, I look forward, not that anyone listens to me anyway.

My hands are still shaking when I think of that game.

WHY CAN'T SHANAHAN UNDERSTAND WE HAVE TO GET TO MANNING?

I like our front office but sometimes I feel like Monte Burns watching Home sleep on the red button in Sector 12.

WAKE UP WE HAVE TO GET TO MANNING.

(Jesus Christ, I didn't realize I ranted that long...I feel somewhat better now.....a couple librium and valium and I'm good as new...)

poor tackling was a big part of it in my opinion. They had been tackling well all year and this game they just didnt wrap up. Al had addai in the backfield and tried to shoulder him to the ground instead of wrapping up it was so madening

I say that some time in early April, all OM members, including OF1, go out to Dove Valley and circle in front of it, honking our horns and holding up signs that say, "PASS RUSH!"

We do have to get to Manning. I watched the last drive of the game again and counted how long Manning had the ball. He was throwing the ball about 2 seconds after it was snapped. Our pass rush needed more help from our secondary and our LBs in coverage. Almost every play he either threw to Wayne or checked down to a RB or Clark in about 2 seconds. He knew where every opening was on our defense.

We all take football seriously. Why do you think we're still talking about the COlts rather than the Steelers!

You stated nothing different from anyone else, and didn't even give any new angles. Just retread drama king nonsense again.

Why did you post a new thread filled with an initial post of nothingness??

"Consumant"?? Did you learn that on the debate team??
