Weren't the '92 Broncos considered one of the "fathers" of Cartman? (not sure what year they mentioned)

It was about 3 different teams. Everytime they said it, the year was different.

What about the episode when the parents were all sent away...and the town turned into a neo futuristic "road warrior" type town....where all the children worshipped the "provider" which was a statue of John Elway?....it was based on "children of the corn"
