Boob.....only the ultimate morons use this rehashed argument.

"Chiefs beat the 49ers, and the 49ers beat the Rams, and the Rams beat Denver.....so clearly, the Chiefs are better than Denver."

That IS what you're trying to say, isn't it?

But wait.....you didn't beat Denver, did you? That's why the old, we beat them, who beat that other team, who beat you argument never holds water.

The Chiefs had a defense that held the Broncos to 2fgs in regulation, on the road just 2 weeks ago. The same defense held a pretty good Cinci Offense to respectable numbers, and kept 85 out of the endzone in week 1.

This week, facing pretty good wrs and a solid Rb on the road is a test, but its starting to look like a trend.

I know it burns like your last case of the bullhead clap, but the Chiefs D is much improved. Savor it, you'll become accustomed to the flavor.

The icing for this cake, will be when SanF eeks out a W vs denver.

You know, you've got a good point here. I'm sure some teams will take the Chiefs lightly because of him and you'll steal a couple wins. I guess Huard just might be responsible for a couple wins after all.

Maybe the Niners will beat the Broncos, but only because the Broncos will have already won the division and will be resting its starters for the playoffs.

Has anyone else written off the Steelers yet? I am doubting that they can win their division or get to the playoffs... much less win the whole thing again. To be honest, if you take away the tremendous playoff run they had last year, they arent all that amazing. Just MHO.

It figures... I bench Santana Moss on my FF team. Afterall, the Skin O has looked dead and they were playing the Jags D. So, I figured it was no biggie to bench Santana. Dude went and had a 3 TD game. Just my blind luck.

Had one of those jobs, too. Fortunately, I went in for the evening shift, so I caught most of the games.

Yeah I work 2nd shift and can catch most of the early games. I have to use Tivo for the Broncos since they play the later games most of the time. My Mondays start on Sundays. I'm still trying to get them to change it back.

Tampa Bay, Detroit, Jokeland and the Titans are the only team's in the 9ers class from what I'v e seen so far. I can't wait till we get to play them.

The Chiefs will be the Cheifs...wait and see.

Done tried that one. But since this is a College football state, they didn't give a crap about NFL Sunday.

I might luck out though. This Sunday is the race at Talladega, so I think most of night shift will be going to that, so I just might get Sunday off. Not that it really matters since Denver plays on Monday night.

The Chiefs defense is overrated. They allowed 65 yards on 14 carries to Frank Gore. For perspective that is 4.6 yards per carry. Compare that to our 2 ypc that we allowed on the Patriots and it's obvious who the superior defense is.

We'll see. I think that game scares you guys more than you want to admit. Not in December and we're playing good football against good teams on the road. You guys are losing games at home. Good teams don't lose at home.

Why would we be "scared" of the donkeys coming in at the end of Nov. Thats no different than a donkey fan being afraid of us coming into Invesco...

Kaylore, its as if you move more and more to the opposite end of the spectrum of stupid comments to offset Bob!?

The Chiefs D is improved - who cares!!!
You are getting swept this year by us and SD, split with Oakland, and will miss the playoffs yet AGAIN.

Side note: I'm glad the Chief's coaching staff are absolute morons. Since I have LJ on my fantasy team, I much appreciated seeing him still in the game in the fourth during a blowout. I saw an early stat with LJ at 20 carries and 30 something yards - whole new topic there - up by 4 or 5 scores. I thought, crap, LJ is gonna get pulled with little fantasy value to that point, but to my pleasure and Chiefs coach idiocy, LJ was still in the game for the duration. I got my 100 yards, 2 scores, and Bob got his stats.

Seriously what is up with this:

3-5-KC16 (2:32 remaining 4th qtr) L.Johnson up the middle to KC 18 for 2 yards (M.Douglas).

That dude is your franchise. Why is he still in the game - not b****ing - he's winning fantasy games for me, but are your coaches that stupid, no backups, what is the deal. Don't tell me you weren't sitting on the couch yelling to pull the starters after a 41 point lead, or 34 point lead. Herm is an idiot. Good luck with that.

You think I give a rat's ass about how many yards Frank Gore averaged? We shut them out.
