having killed sunday ticket and having not gone to a bar yesterday, I'm sort of sorry I didn't get in a fantasy league, cause this way I really can see how FF appeals if you're not tied to one team or even to watching that much.
Duece will get his touches. If he stays healthy, 1300 to 1500. Bush will prolly avg over 120 yds per game in total yardage. If your league measure kick off return yards, dante hall's your guy, since he'll prolly have 4-6 ko returns every week. However, on punt returns he may suffer in lack of opportunities. Despite getting Stallworth, McNabb is still lacking targets, so Westbook gets lots of touches. What the heck was Chucky thinking when he went with Chris Simms? Grossman might've been a bargain, assuming he's healthy or that you can't have Griese on the side. Lovie Smith is still running the ball up the gut with 8 in the box, but when the qb is allowed to throw, the wr's don't have many guys around to tackle them right away. |

I was massacred in FF. I started Lelie and Walker. That worked out grand for two points. I was literally almost tripled in points. It was like 147 to 53 or something. His D scored 31.
I'm a screwed pooch. |

I started Plummer (benched Delhomme since Smith wasn't playing) - figured Plummer wouldn't be to bad with all of his new offensive weapons, but I wound up with -4.5 from the QB position.

It's a long season, though. A running back who looks unstoppable in week one can go down with a high ankle sprain in week two or three, and that's the end of that.
Receivers are even more unpredictable. A lot of the big numbers yesterday were put up by WRs and TEs, but these guys can also go hot and cold and they usually go cold when you need them the most. |
