Damn..... Finished 6th. I was down to $217,000 chips with the blinds at $30,000 and $60,000 and the ante's at $3,000. The chip leader had 1.4 million in chips. I started going card dead for a while and figured I should push with the next above marginal hand I had.

My pockets were Q, 10 suited (Spades). I wanted to really try to steal the blinds at that point but I ended up getting a caller. The caller flipped over Q, J suited (hearts). Flop came:

Q (clubs), J (spades), 7 (spades).... At this point my heart started racing as I had a shot at the flush. Turn was a 2 of diamonds and the river gave out a wimpering 3 of hearts.

So close yet so far away from the win. I'm pretty happy with finishing 6th out of 994 players. I didn't get the close to $7,000 but I did walk away with $1894 and change. Nice profit off of $10.
