18 points. If Carroll wasn't classy, it would have been 25.

Still here Saul, you of all people should know I am not going anywhere just because my boys lose, hell the last couple of years would have meant seclusion for me if that were the case!!!

And if Prince was a half way decent coach I might be worried about losing that bet.

I know, but your sig is still funny. The blackskirts aren't coming back. You guys should fire Callahan and bring back some respect to that program.

The jury is still out on that. If we keep it within 18 of Louisville i'll be very surprised, and Louisville is a ton better than NU.

Yeah I bet you'd love to see that happen so the program can have a couple more years of turmoil.

As much as I love to see the NU fans get their hopes up, and then promptly destroyed, Callahan will never get NU back to respectability. Callahan wasn't your first, second, or fifth choice. He is a joke and so is Nebraska football at this point.

I imagine Pederson will go along with Callahan when they get ****canned in a couple years.

I know this is going out on a limb, but are there any actual reasons you have come to this conclusion aside from blind hatred? Can you seriously argue that the program hasn't improves over the last couple seasons? I certainly wasn't on the Callahan bandwagon to begin with and still have some reservations, but he has raised the talent level significantly while overhauling the entire offensive system in three years. We aren't at an elite USC level for sure, but I also don't forsee us losing by 40+ again anytime soon like we did with Solich's recruits. If you think the current state of Nebraska football has no respectability, you better lower your standards drastically for the next few years of KSU football.

Dude, don't you know Saul can predict the future? Remember last year how he was exactly right about Michigan stomping our ass? Oh....wait.

Typical Saul, rather than disprove anything in the post he tries to cut the person down.

Actually Callahan was still employed by the Raiders when Peterson began his coaching search..... but don't let a little thing like facts get in the way of your argument. I'm pretty sure I'll just make that "joke" your sig pic for awhile.

Face it, order is being restored, KSU is heading back to the Big 12 cellar and Nebraska is working it's way back up.

KU fan my @ss. I simply pull for the Jayhawks during march for the same reason I root for the Royals, because I live near them and they don't conflict with teams I really care about (Nebraska, Denver). When Nebraska plays KU in basketball I go for the Huskers. God forbid I have any level of rooting interest in another team. Nice job of avoiding the question.

I don't really follow college basketball until march.
I would root for the Huskers any day over KU.
KU is typically in the tourney while Nebraska is not.
I live 40 minutes from Lawrence and have a lot of friends there.
Thus, I have a minor rooting interest in KU during march, not anything that I would say makes me a "KU fan". I never will be a KU fan. I don't follow the team year-round or care very much when they lose. Now stop looking for evidence that everyone else is a bandwagon fan and acting like a martyr because you root for crappy teams.

How is order being restored? Getting raped by a sub-par KU team? Barely beating a ****ty KSU team (on a couple of BS calls)? Beating a sCUm team that quit? Or how about getting the Alamo Bowl handed to you on a silver platter?

NU has done nothing to prove that "order is being restored". Firing a 9-3 coach..I love it.

They just expect more at NU, they've been there done that. Unlike a little upstart football program like KSU. Switzer said it best in 2000 when he told a KSU fan after the 41-31 OU win... "you guys had a nice little run there..."

If KSU had winning football for the next 50 years, they still would not be able to sniff NU's jock as far as being a football powerhouse. While Callahan may still not be the answer up there, NU will be back. You can bank on it. OU took a nice break in the 90's...now were back to contenders year in and year out.

It was our tradition that carred us, and it will carry NU as well.

With the exception of Crushaholic and a few others...most KSU fans are delusional. They think that they are the "cream of the Big XII North", yet they haven't done anything besides beat OU in the Big XII championship in '03...that's it.

One trophy in the case for a school thats been playing football for over 100 years.

Their constant dribble cracks me up.
