When is the last time the cops or DA in Colorado actually did something right? Is a college degree required or just cowboy boots?
From the Colombine thing to the Jon Benet tragedy-what an embarrassment for you. |

What an idiot.
Because of those 2 incidents, you are going to throw people under the bus...people who put their lives on the line everytime they go into work. Do you honestly think they don't prevent crimes everyday? As a future law enforcement officer, let me say that this thread and you disgust me. Just out of curiousity, what do you do for a career? |

I agree that all the hoopla, bringing him in, etc, makes the Boulder police and DA look bad... But apparently (I heard this on CNN) the only way to get the DNA sample they needed was to serve him with the warrant, arrest him, and bring him to the states.... So the question begs, do you leave him be because you aren't sure, or do you take the risk? I'm glad they took the risk, I'd rather know that he 100% wasn't the killer then wonder if they let him go.

Well CO police are pretty good at preventing party-boat incidents.
