BOLD = Cut
Leach may stick if there isn't a comparable deep snapper. Scheffler is supposed to have skills here, though. Chukwurah won't be cut and Hixon will, at worst, be put on IR for the year.

I just don't see Burns getting cut...he's too valuable of a locker room guy.
Predator is too good of a pass rusher IMO to be cut. Hixson, Everett, Powers-Neal, Vaughn, and Brian Clark to the PS |

No way the Predator gets cut. We will not cut to 5 LB's. He can play DE too. I honestly think Burns might go with Webster taking his place. Todd Saurkraut doesn't matter till week 5. Hixon will go on IR, Eslinger to PS.
You have us keeping 7 WR's we will keep a max of 6. House is gone. Otherwise it's perfect except Jackson will go, Mustard will stay. |

We will only keep 4 Safeties and will keep 6 LB. We will probably only keep 9 DL plus Predator as a hybrid. Well if you count Chucky as a LB then we do have 6 LB/9 DL..,,never mind. I think Nash has a damn good chance but we can always match an offer and put him on the roster if someone tries to claim him. We just have so many questions at that spot we might carry four. Nash will probably go on the PS. He's pretty unknown. I heard he was a beast. Trim 10 pounds of him, who knows.

As far as I can recall the Broncos have carried 10 defensive backs for the last 2 seasons because of the injury problems we always seem to suffer every year at that position. The plus factor is if a CB goes down Cox can switch back and we still have 4 safeties. Those are the exact same 10 that were on the roster last year. |

He is Other than Preseason this year he has done nothing as far as rushing the passer except run upfield past the QB on the outside. Although I don't think he will get cut due to versatility. |

There's no way Shanahan will only run with 3 Big men on the interior of the defensive line. He ran with 4 last year plus he had Trevor who spent some time there. Unless the Broncos trade for a DT or sign one after the cuts Burton will make the roster because there's no-one else. Dumervil cannot be relied on as an every down DT if Warren or Myers go down. Todd hasn't done himself any favours this pre-season with constant mistakes. It's Vaughn or Chukwurah for me. Green knows the system very well and IMO will be on the roster. |
