Considering he wasn't good enough that Denver was even willing to put him on the practice squad right after spending a 3rd round pick on him it is fair to say with all this baggage this kid won't be getting any other chances in the NFL.

I don't ever want to hear Kellow Winslow claim that he's a soilder. Not after Clarrett goes Rambo.

Chances are Rambo was headed to Ohio St., then to the NFL league offices, then to the Broncos front office.

Man, you're crazy! Did you see him at Ohio State? Kid's got tools! I see him as an eventual 10,000 yard rusher in the NFL.

The only teams that would be able to take fliers on him are the Bengals and Browns for home games during the day. I'm sure he's not going to be allowed to leave the state of Ohio or be out after dark with the probation he'll be getting.

Clarrett needs to be checked into a hospital since it's clear he has severe mental issues and if not addressed soon, well, the worst of things can happen to him and anyone who happens to be around him.

It just occurred to me, too, that this kid has basically one season of big-time college football behind him. He just might be able to play until he's 40, especially since he will get some rest in prison.

15,000 yards, is what I'm saying.

Wow.

So apparently it's not just the Bengals -- any football player who gets within 200 miles of Cincinnati just starts committing crimes.

Maybe that illegal U turn was a break for the citizens of the area. He could have been on his way to going postal on some folks what with the arsenal and bullet proof vest.

Maybe he was hoping for a tryout with the Bengels, but logically decided taking some personal protection with him when meeting his potential teammates would be wise.

I can't take credit for this one, but I heard that, apparently, Clarett was on his way to steal another national championship game.

ESPN Magazines Tom Friend was just interviewed on ESPNEWS. Friend was close with Clarett since his year at OSU. Friend said he hadn't talked to Clarett for about a year until last night around 11 p.m. Clarett called Friend. Friend said he sounded emotionally unstable. He figured he was just stressed about his upcoming court date. Friend then asked where Clarett was headed and Clarett said "Thats for me to know, and you to find out.' God who knows what would have happened, very scary to think about.

You need to go away just for being to stupid to live...

I'm not apologist, but he obviously had a death wish. This is so pathetic I can't help but have twinge of sympathy and hope he gets help. He had to be super high on coke or meth to pull such a stunt.

Denver even gave him a shot...he threw it all away...having a flask on the sidelines sealed his deal. He's obviously suicidal and has a drug parnoia. That is just crazy ****.

Its just sad. The kid could have been something special, but he threw it away. At this point, theres no point in saying nasty things about him. No reason to kick a man who is already on the ground.

Well, it's obvious Clarett's NFL career, brief as it was, is over . . . utterly.

But the kid had talent on top of talent.

Damn. What a waste.

When a "man" goes around wearing a bullet proof vest & has automatic wepons in his car & it is apparent that he was going to kill people I think it is ok to kick the piece of **** all you want.

Hooray for law enforcement being on the ball on the traffic stop!

I think you misinterpreted what i was saying but oh well. What will your insults against Clarett do now? Make you feel better? The man has fallen so low its just sad. Justice catches up with everyone eventually. I can't believe people go and do stupid things like Clarett did and not expect a backlash. I personally think it is a cry for attention, and the man needs phsycological help.
