I think in last years' Madden our overall team rating was 74. We were either the lowest of the second lowest ranked team in the AFC West. Guess they bought into all the "they-have-the-Browns-D-line-so-they-suck" hype that was going around. A lot of people were calling us a 6 win team.

It'll be fun to play with a Bronco team that's good.

And how can one modify the scores if it's obvious some are wrong (ie Turley being overvalued at 80, or Kenrell Bell being horribly overvalued at 90 for example)?

You can edit everything in-game.

I don't believe those are the official ratings for 07. I think that site comes up w/ their own ratings every year.

Hey Herc, these have been out for a while and apparently are not the actual ratings. Apparently, these are the ratings constructed by an online Madden league for their use.

IGN is supposed to release the actual ratings on August 10. The top 10 at each position was leaked on EA's Madden PPV preview, they didn't match up with the one's at Madden Ballerz. In fact, some of the Broncos ratings at Madden Ballerz are lower than those at the end of Madden 06.

I'll post the IGN ratings when they come out although they usually start with the NFC East and do one division a day until the AFC West which is last (booo).

I have 06, i cant be beat with the broncos. I even made changes with the team, dropped a few players, made one up for the d-line. I crushed the cowboys in the SB really bad, and didnt lose a single game, look forward to play the new one.

You just load the roster from the file menu. I mean, I'm assuming that's how it is on consoles. I'm on PC. We actually have third-party editors that edit independent of the game.

Ahhhaaaa, Nate Jackson's INJ rating is 13!

..or at least it should be. They should add a 'LAZINESS' factor or 'TAKES PLAYS OFF' rating - how legit would that be for some of these guys. A reality check! You see your player stop and start panting - breathing hard, you know you've all seen it, heartless effort.

I think they got the "Big 3" Rookie QB's pretty much nailed. Cutler's overall isn't as high but his ceiling is huge.

Anyway, i knew right away these were not correct because there is no way Champ goes from a 99 overall two years ago to a 98 last year after a little letdown and then after a huge season drops again to a 97 while Law is a 94.

D. Robinson from Houston is not going to be an 88 either.

Those ratings are pretty old and already proven to be fake in other message boards. There was a review of the game on pay per view that showed some players ratings and they are very different from the ones you have posted.

Is anything new in this years madden? I am actualy considering not getting this years version because it seems like I have got the same game for the past 4 years just change a few names. I do love the game but it just seems like for all the money we all pump into it that they cant fix a few things or put in something new.

Neither can I actually. What i do is, is play it a few times so I can find out what's good and bad and once I find 5-10 plays that are awesome, I go w/them. Every now and then I throw in another play.
