A dog runs from a fight and chases a Poodle across an interstate. There are three things in this. First the dog is loose as is another. Second, he doesn't have the balls to man up against the other dog and chases a cat.

Third, the dog would of been flattened like a pancake in real life.

Webster's has 8 uses for the word "humor." I present you the third and most appropriate:
"The ability to perceive, enjoy, or express what is amusing, comical, incongruous, or absurd. See Synonyms at 'wit.'"

Also relevant, "prattle:"
"Idle or meaningless chatter; babble."

And "gibberish:"
"Unintelligible or nonsensical talk or writing."
