They look loose and confident. Looks like they do alot of one hand stuff. You certainly could see Jay's arm strength...great, quick, prototype over the top delivery. Jake is more 3/4 and Lord, BVP practically throws sideways.

Cut's ball stays at a high velocity even at the end of it's curve. The dude has a big-time arm.

Dead on with this post Mock you woke up in prime posting condition today. I never knew BVP threw that side-arm.

Nice vid, I love Cutlers high release and I had no idea either that Van Pelt threw that low. I know it's only a light jog and doesn't mean that much until he is on the field but it's good to see Walker doing some running.

I liked the part at the end when Shanahan slapped Bell's ass with his papers.

Van Pelts release makes Vince Young's look high!

My two favorite parts: Kyle Johnson's hat and Darrent Williams cornrolls. Honorable mention to when Shanahan swats Tatum Bell's behind with the rolled up paper.

#43 (Powers-Booth) looked slow and barley made his catch so I wasnt excited there. J.Walk seemed very focused even of these practice balls he kept his eye on the ball all the way into his hand, seemed very profesional.

I tried to find Walker's routine but can't find it. He's basically tied to a goal post with a kind of rubber band to strengthen his knee and surrounding muscles. He pulled it sideways, not too far but to strengthen the knee and also keep speed. He looked pretty strong allready. You just don't want him doing hard cuts till man...I would almost say the first preseason game. He's not a rookie, it's more getting the terminology and playbook down and you don't need the knee 100 percent for that.

I'm pretty confident that he will be 90 percent by opening day, maybe more. I'm not sure any player comes back 100%, Edge certainly never did, but again, saying ACL can mean alot of things. You can have a Cullpepper injury late in the year that has multiple trauma, or a Gold injury that was patched relatively easily.
