I think the idea that GB is going to give up the #5 pick is pure fantasy at this point. Unlike their known willingness to trade Walker, there is nothing out there that says they're willing to trade their pick.

I would not, if I were GB, trade that pick. They can read the value of a VD that same way everyone else can. Also, they know they can trade Walker without giving up the 5 pick. They will also find a LB at the top of round two, as well. But with Favre back, VD makes it possible he may be more effective for them.
Point is, the Broncos will likely be picking at 15 tomorrow. I don't think a trade for Walker will be finished until later this summer. Wabbit intimated as such in another thread on this august board, elsewhere. Like. |
