MT probably remembers wide world of sports (and it was free) now that the allmighty dollar showed up, lumber jacks and worlds strongest man is televised prime time during games. Now that is replaced by hicks are us INC.

Just so you know, OLN is just as much at fault here (if not more) then Dish Network.

I just refer to the channel as the Old Lance Network.

Those "technical difficulties" during the Calgary game were annoying as heck. At one time I just had the screen shot of NHL on OLN. Have to say it was preferred to the morons in the studio. I love it when they are all looking at each other trying to coming up with a player's name...

Great Googly Moogly

I'm not sure you are missing much Montana. Having the channel might possibly be more annoying than NOT having the channel....

How's my buddy Andrew Brunette doing? I used to see him at our local hockey rink and at the sports store where he bought much of his hockey gear-my son is a hockey player so we seem to go to the same places.

Heck of a good guy-

He does seem like a good guy. He stepped it up while Tanguay was hurt. Kept the Avs in a couple of games they could just as easily lost. Not real flashy but he's been steady.

I would also add the NHL to that list, after the strike they act like they are on a mission to get the fans back and can't even make sure to put games on the fricken TV set.
