He's a great young talent with rockets in his skates...I wouldn't be surprised to see him dealt closer to his impending free agency...they'd get a ton in return for him.
The fans in Minnesota have filled up that building since the Wild came into the league. They are a bit tight-fisted, but if they don't resign Gaborik, what's that telling the fans? Even by trading him that would send a bad message. Unless he's asking for the max, it wouldn't make no sense to move him. They have a low enough payroll to afford him.

He probabally does. But we all know Scratch..... He probabally broke his jaw and forgot about it, and decided to wear a visor when he remmembered right before the game.

I love Scratch... he comes cheap, and nothing short of his arm falling off will prevent him from playing.... he would block a shot with his testicles if he had to. I think Karlis Skrastins might just be the most underrated player in the NHL>

I also think he is out for the season, but that does not mean the Sens should pack it in

Even with Emery in net the Sens are still the best team in the league. Emery is an awesome goalie, and he'll have a chance to prove himself in the playoffs.

You know.... the nickname "Scratch" is rather ironic. Considering his iron man streak, he hasn't been "Scratched" since coming to the Av's

STL 1 NSH 0 after 2 periods. Come on Blues, just hold em off another 20 mins.

Nashville showed up in the third period; they are up 2-1. But, the Caps shutout the Sens 1-0

Eh, im not worried about the Caps anymore, pretty much only worried about St. Louis and perhaps Chicago.

6 mins to go and Lalime got hurt so STL probably will not be able to find a way to come out of this game with a point.

Looks like people are catching up. Belfour is less than 100 wins away.

Go Marty! He's always been my favorite non-Penguins goaltender in the league.

Sharks lose in OT to the Coyotes. Matt Carle had another up and down game. He scored the Sharks first goal, but then took an interference penalty in OT that led to Reinprecht's game winner (and hat trick).

I can't even think of one for that pic. Great find, Jori.

And to all other goalies within striking distance of St. Patty's record, RETIRE NOW. That record is his, damnit!

The Colorado Avalanche have announced the signing of Mike Tyson (pictured with winger Ian Laperriere). The Avalanche signed the enigmatic Tyson despite the fact that he has no hockey skills, can't skate and hasn't won a fight in years. When confronted with this, team President & General Manager Pierre Lacroix responded, "Those things didn't stop me from signing Brad May, why would they stop me now?"

Funniest thing I've heard all week.......

That isn't the first instance of someone speculating. After the Bertuzzi incident I proposed on this board the we sign Mike Tyson as an enforcer..... teach him some marginal skate skills and let him pound the **** out of Bertuzzi.

You know, I've always wondered what it would be like if we suited up Mike Tyson as an enforcer. After what happened, that might be a possibility. Hey, he's in financial trouble... Im sure he would have no problem taking a $200,000 paycheck for playing one season with the Av's.

We can send him after Cooke, May, Brookbank, Ruutu in the playoffs. And of course Bertuzzi is he ever plays again.

Part of me wants Bertuzzi to never play hockey again, so he can rott in jail, getting raped every other day....

The other part of me wants that Av's to have another shot at him... send an older enforcer... like Baranby or Cummins to pull off the same cheap **** that he did. You know, have one of our older enforcers sacrifice their carrears to end Bertuzzi's.

Great... I just got banned from the Pearl Drums message forum for posting my feelings on Bertuzzi...

Or he could just eat Bertuzzi's ear
