Craptacular. No D help and a T that's been unnecessary since Lepsis re-signed.

Bogus. No way the Steelers select Lawson over Carpenter, especially when Cowher has met with Carpenter several times now.

What a terrible mock draft. They lost all credibility with me with Cleveland selecting LB Ernie Sims with 12th pick when he doesn't even fit their scheme considering they play the 3-4. Ernie Sims could be available in the third round and Cleveland still would not select that guy.
Damn, they should know these things. |

so predictable. one running back and a wide reciever with our first 2 picks in a mock. How bold of them.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority here b/c I don't think it's all that bad. I'd prefer Wright over Colledge but that's mainly b/c of my Texas ties. OT does make sense though. 95% of the board complained and worried themselves sick over lack of OL depth.
I'd prefer CJax or even Stovall over Holmes, but I've not seen a tremendous amount of him either. Whenever I did watch OSU games I concentrated on good ole Teddy Ginn Jr. DeAngelo is going to be a star in the NFL. I've been on his bandwagon for a long time now. That being said, I don't think he's going to be so much better than Lendale or Maroney that we need to take a RB at 15. Role the dice and take your RB at 22. You'll still be getting one of the top 4 and after Reggie they're all pretty much the same anyhow. I'd give this portion of the draft a B. Take out Colledge and add in Rod Wright and it quickly jumps to B+. Take out Holmes and insert Chad Jackson and it's an A IMO. |

The only running back I want in the first round Besides Bush is lendale white because he's a big bruising running back. the kind of back I prefer. Not a fan of the light weight backs. And just say no to the recievers in the first round. Our track record is pretty pathetic when it comes to drafting WR's. Just stay away. I would like Lendale white and Wimbley.

i agree it's bad, but the Browns are giving Sims a serious look at LB. Him and lawson. That specific choice isn't too far off base.
As far as our pix go, not my IDEAL, but I gotta say I'd be pretty cool w/ the first 2. Colledge could be good depth, but not completely necessary. |

Nope. Santonio got just as many doubles. Teams simply watched Teddy deep, but Santonio was the best of the 2 last year. |

Gonzo, Sims is a second rounder at the worst. You must be thinking of AJ Nicholson.

nice avatar. just one of the many highlights of his career. If anyone can find the highlight of him outleaping 2 Clemson DBs at the goalline last year, I'd be quite greatful.

I don't know 27, I rewatched parts of both the Texas and Michigan games over the weekend and I didn;t see any doubles on Holmes. |
