a group will need to be 50 people strong. Power in numbers. That place is a fing hell hole. Thread should end here and wish everyone stays home. God those fans are plain UGLY. Some even ran a 50 yard dash in a 45 yard gym.

Yeah - I see no reason to ever attend a game here.... Kind of like going to TJ when you are in San Diego. Sure - you can do it but why would you risk it. (ok, I got shook down by the "federalis" in TJ in February for $60 so I may be a little biased here).

i went to tj as a very young adult and the only time someone in my group had to pay a cop off was because someone was being a jerk. Jus tdont let anyone offer you a single rose while they are taking money out of your bag, pockets, etc. Shopping and drinking is part of TJ. I even meet a few girlfriends that came from TJ (AMericans). Dirty fun times!

I'm going to be in the Bay area on November 12 - on holiday from the UK and it's the only game I can get to - so I'm definitely up for going.

Is it really so bad that there's no-one out there who would chance it? I've tried to find out on BroncoFreak but judging from the lack of responses I've got a bad feeling that you all think a trip to the Colisseum is a really bad idea.

So am I going to have to go to the game on my own and just keep my mouth shut!? CBF1 - are you still interested? Or is this just too far in advance for anyone to be thinking about it yet?

Best thing to do is dont wear a jersey in the stadium. Dont sit with the jobless costume freaks and dont seem interested in the broncos! My buddy goes every eyar but sits in a suite. I have told many times about getting a gun pulled on me based on elam making a field goal (tg he missed). There are some good raider fans that come to the broncos game and we welcome them with open arms (just dont touch them, they stink). You need a ticket in their club level (if they have one) or a suite ticket for protection. I wore my jersey in LA and put on a sweat shirt to go to the bathroom and only when their fans were standing up and clapping/screaming so nobody would spot me leaving. U need to find another game IMO. A holes and just plain retarded too.

Thanks for the advice, broncocalijohn. We'll just keep a low profile.

We're going Vegas - LA - San Fran over three weeks, so there's no other Broncos game we can make (couldn't persuade the wife to wait until December for the Cards).

I've been in some pretty hairy situations in football stadiums in the UK before, so I can imagine the scenario. Maybe if I just put on my bowler hat and adopt a BBC accent I'll be able to de-fuse the tension...

When I was at the Raiders game in '92 at Mile High, there were some Raiders fans sat in front of us, and I remember that there was no problem at all between them and the Broncos fans - but clearly it doesn't work the other way round!

I'll look into the club level / suite ticket options (might give the stadium a call to find out what they recommend).

If there are any other Broncos fans out there who want to hook up on a suite, or just meet up before the game, let me know.

what they need is a family section and a visitor section. They would have so many more fans there that they would make more money. They are all around a classless act. Find some big broncos fans that might be with faider fans as their friends. Wear your jersey if u want just dont display to your seats. Get a feel who is around you before taking off the sweat shirt. Just some common sense needed.

Got my tickets - up in the third deck. As expected, the stadium didn't offer any advice about being a Broncos fan there.

So if by some miracle there is a tailgate there, let me know - if not, I'll be the English bloke with a black eye and a plaster cast on a flight from SF to London the following day...

GO BRONCOS

Well,That would be a ass kicking that I would have to take. Wouldn't be the first nor the last. It can't be that bad, they wear their crap in our stadium, I can wear mine.

I am seriously considering this game. I know there are a few here that want to go....that live local. Oakland is not nearly as bad as the old Los Angeles faider days. Let me look into travel... was told the train is kick azz way to go from socal. Tickets are easy to get, Faid should have lost 6 games by then

Anyone else interested in going.... No whimps allowed.

NFL's greatest rivalry is a bargain

Raider fans are dumping their tickets left and right to this Sunday's game. I have seen tickets on Stub Hub selling for as low as $15!!!

Join me, let's invade the Black Hole with orange!

Default Broncos - Raiders

Great to see so many Broncos fans there on Sunday. We were very lucky to get out with a win - Plummer was incredibly poor and didn't realise the TEs were wide open a number of times on bootegs in the first half - then he finally realised they weren't bothering to cover them on that big drive in the 4th Quarter. At least he got picked off when looking deep, which pushed the faders back 20 yards each time (which seemed all that Ernster was managing with his punts anyhow). And the fourth interception should have counted.

Thanks for all the advice about going to Oakland as an away fan - I can totally confirm what Broncocalijohn says below. The whole experience was summed up for me when, in the line for the restrooms after the game, a Raider fan behind me decided to give up waiting, and so urinated in a litter bin. Classy team. Classy fans.

Still, seeing the Broncos win was a great end to a great holiday. Bring on LT and the Dolts and go Broncos!

Surprised there were "many" broncos fans. I remember at LA, I pulled out the binoculars to see around the stadium who was wearing there Orange proudly. I saw 7. Shovel, let us know about the crowds, tailgatting and if any maners were there. Details buddy!

Met a group of about ten from colorado in the stands, another bunch of four from California. Also saw a couple of tailgating pickups in the lot.

There really was a good showing there - down on the Broncos sideline before kickoff, there must have been 30-40 orange & blue taking photos during warm ups, in the east stands alone.

but after yesterday, it's all gone a bit sour...
