from Great Blue North Report
Meanwhile, more than a few eyebrows were raised by the dismal performance - non-performance might be a more appropriate word - turned in by RB LenDale who weighed in at an overweight 244 pounds, barely posted 15 reps pressing 225 pounds, and didn’t run at all. White claims he didn’t run because he is still affected by a hamstring he pulled at the combine. All that, however, has set off a bit of a buzz that White may have already agreed on terms with a team that's going to take him in the first round and doesn’t want anyone scooping them. Again stay tuned. |

You can't come to terms with a player, unless you're picking at #1.

Wow...I didnt think that kind of speculation would get on a draft site.
It certainly does make Denver's "dinner" with White on the Saturday evening before U$C's pro day more interesting. Ahh the offseason at the Mane. This is great. Could this be part of "The Plan"? Maybe this is the gleam in Shanny's eye. ![]()

I'm still laughing at the Bra qoute. I'd take LenDale White at 22. Anything else is too early. I'm kinda hoping Cutler falls to #15. I'd be curious to see if Shanahan would snatch him up.

so the being fat and lazy recently is not a string of being fat and lazy that is traceable back to his entry into college but is infact an elaborate plot for denver to draft him?

Someone from the nfldraftcountdown.com forums said that Pittsburgh spent a good amount of time talking with LenDale at the USC Pro Day.
Just something to consider. |

I'll begin to try to believe any of the innuendo that I've seen on this forum only after it's been proved, the Broncos have been fined and the TJ homeboy's agent has been suspended.
Short of that, I'm not swallowing the conspiracy angle. Every once in a while, a guy who looks overvalued is a guy who is overvalued. |

Collusion over a single player is just way too prohibitive of a risk for anyone in the league to even think about. It would end careers, permanently stain the legacies etc. if found out. I just dont think anyone in a position of power like a GM or HC would even think about it. The risk you are taking on is astronomical.

Normally when football players suit up, they put on shoulder pads, not LenDale, He throws on his victoria's secret pushup bra.

if Shanny is good enough to convince a top tier player to drop their status by flaking out & becoming the pillsbury dough boy just to play for him then he truly is a genious

The way his stock is plummeting, we might get him in the 2nd round if we really want him.

Getting Holmes/Jackson at 15 and White at 22 sure would impact the offense. |
