Default Most disturbing Iraq story I've read..

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12115699/site/newsweek/

This is a bit scary. Really telling was a quote on the second page about how Americans are banned from entering two ministry buildings because they are run by followers of Sadr and they 'hate Americans'.

This guy is creating a huge mess. It is very reminiscent of the tactics used in Iran to bring that government to power.

This looks like it will end up with a Rod Serling kind of ending. We go in and kill thousands of Iraqis, thousands of Americans, not to mention the injured, and not to mention billions down the toilet, all in an effort to take out Saddam. Now it looks like he'll be replaced by somebody ten times worse. What happens once Sistani dies? The Sunnis will be eradicted and a new Ayatollah, allied with Iran, takes over Iraq. Thanks, Dubya. And thanks to all those American voters who put this C student, frat boy, draft dodger in charge of the most powerful country on earth. See? Your vote actually does count!

And just think:

Those of us who warned that something like this would happen got smeared and were denounced as "traitors" and "America haters" by the Bush braintrust.

Will we ever be able to convince the rest of the world we really are not a "Ship of Fools" course after we elected him a second time I'm not convinced either. My only hope is the election was rigged.

That is one of the best posts ever.

Now Iran will control even more of the world's oil.

Thanks Dubya for being the most incompetent, arrogant, EVIL President ever.
