Default landale screws up

he just weighed in at nearly 250. I've always noticed that the guy looked a little chubby but he should be constantly working out with the draft nearing.

plus he lifted 225 only 15 fricken times. WOW, im only 185 lbs and im stronger then him

He played the National Championship game at close to 265.

He was 244 at the pro-day. They say he didn't run either. So He will fall to Denver @ 22.

The guy is blessed with talent. As long as he is willing to work his ass off, then those things wouldn't sway me too much if I'm Shanny. No at 15, but definately at 22.

I wouldnt be so sure about that could just be his muscles are out of shape if all you train doing a one rep max your muscles arnt going to be trained to lift anyweight many times theyd probley even get tired benching the bar.

Just how important is arm strength for a RB anyway? You going to be busting out the stiff arm every play?

Bloom spanked White in the bench. That's a little soft if you ask me.

But who'd you rather have run into you? Last time I checked, LenDale played power back.

The Bench is Overrated, wasn't it Travis McGriff that bench 225 like 25 times at the combine? Where's that guy now?

He still will have to hold onto the football. He needs the strength to avoid being stripped of the football.

Unlikely, considering the questions that have been raised of late. He just does not seem the type of player the Patriots seek.

There's a lot more to that than Bench pressing, I would even argue that Bench strength would have little to do with securing the ball.

I kind of like Mike Bell, but thats just me. Dontrell Moore would do well here I bet, but I guess if youre looking to add a big-time back now is the time to do it.

I'm sure Bloom's got short arms, good for push ups and Bench Presses...

Pro days are scheduled weeks in advance. If you have any desire or motivation you wouldn't let your muscles "get out of shape". It takes weeks and even months to lose strength in your muscle at that age. It boils down to being prepared and having the desire to be in the best shape you possibly could.

It's never been a secret that his weight fluctuates so what's the big deal? He's a solid producer so why scrutinize his weight?

because IMO it shows that he doesn't work consistently. If you work out sufficiently amd watch your diet, your weight shouldn't fluctuate. He's an athelete that is about to be paid millions to do something that many would do for free. He needs to put the work in, and IMO his fluctuating weight shows that he doesn't. I'll pass on White.

5 to 10 pounds I could understand, but 20+ there is an issue. I really interested in how much his BFI was at the combine. I think what you have is young guy that doesn't know how to eat right and used to a college training program.

I could see that. White has some concerns and Williams is an injury case. I haven't given up on White. If the Broncos draft him, then he can play.
