Helton strikes out representing the tying run with two outs. Ah well, they plated 4 in the 9th, but it wasn't enough to overcome the bullpen throwing gas on the fire yet again.

2 years left on his 3 year 24 million dollar deal. HORRIBLE CONTRACT especially coming from a "MONEYBALL" GM. We never understood it but yeah Depodesta made some retarded moves. We moved on and I like Coletti, just need to toss Perez out the window.

Nate Robertson.....he is due for a solid start after gettting touched up in his last one.

Miner may not be in the rotation much longer if he keeps getting lit up.

Tigers prospect starting pitcher Humberto Sanchez (with the Toledo Mud Hens) is a guy that most teams want in any potential deadline deal.

I was thinking he might get called up, but they would probably replace Miner with Wil Ledezma.
