Default How I Made 21 Million Dollars

The other night I was driving late and I stopped into an ATM to double check my balance. The little receipt printed out of the machine and what I saw on the small paper shocked me. My listed available balance was 21 million dollars. Drinks are on me!

Sure beats the 21.00 dollars you had in your account!! :-) I live in Springfield. I see that was at Great Southern. I bank at Guaranty Federal. I would of put my card back in and made a withdraw real quick.

Those were in mills. You actually have a little more than 20% of a cent.

Some keyboard must of stuck and a dimwit didn't see it.

Most ATM's won't let you draw out 21 million. You could try the bank on monday. Heh....your better off just snagging a couple grand and see what happens.

Someone other than the bank might of accessed your account as well and will withdraw it on monday. You better alert the bank.

I'm assuming it is just a printing error or something, did you happen to look further into this?

I have no intention trying to get more money than I put it. It wouldn't work in the long run. Just thought it was funny.

it totally wouldn't work trying to get any of that cash anyway, bank activity is tracked and something so out of the ordinary as a sudden million+ withdrawal would get flagged. Funny situation, but also a sad tease.

He might be able to get away with it electronically in a wire transfer.

Maybe you have a rich uncle who just lost it and deposited his life savings in your account. Happens all the time.

ATM's generally max out at 3-5 hundred bucks per day. I'm not going to do the math how long it would take to pull 21 million out.

it's actually not as much the withdrawal that would be the problem, it's the deposit. The minute they see the transaction history of the account without any info on where all that money came from the deal would be busted.
